We want you to feel good about your Clave Collective membership. Here's how our billing and refunds work.
Billing
Practitioner memberships are billed monthly in advance. Each charge covers the upcoming month of access to the Service.
Cancellation
You can cancel your membership anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll keep access until then, and you won't be charged again.
Refunds
We do not provide refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, your membership remains active through the end of that cycle.
We do make exceptions in two cases:
- Billing errors — for example, a duplicate charge or an accidental renewal after a confirmed cancellation.
- Where required by law — such as consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe one of the exceptions above applies, email us at connect@clavecollective.com with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within two business days.
